Duos produces intelligent video solutions for high-security requirements, including critical Homeland Security applications. We combine video, intuitive software, data storage, and information technology using our proprietary rvspro™ digital video recorder and transmission server. We employ digital and analog cameras, multiple video transmission media (coaxial cable, fiber optic, LAN/WAN, wireless), video storage, and intelligent video software as required.

The PRAESIDIUM® sensor detection suite analyzes and processes incoming video and sensor feeds utilizing algorithms to detect specific activities and events for security and surveillance applications. PRAESIDIUM® software can be combined with additional intelligent browser-based mapping software to visualize the type and location of a suspected security breach. The system is designed to simultaneously detect multiple events and to process each event in accordance with user-defined parameter settings, and thus creates cognitive information and functions as a management platform in a network-centric environment; enabling decision makers to evaluate threats in real-time and collaborate using the same data. PRAESIDIUM® allows both real-time local and remote monitoring using a customized browser-based user interface combined with a standard Active-X plug-in. Licensing is on a per server basis and permits an unlimited number of users. From simple installations to highly complex, richly sensored urban site setups, the PRAESIDIUM® vision detection suite provides the most advanced, accurate, and flexible video analysis available in the marketplace today. PRAESIDIUM® comes with a sophisticated user interface that enables users to set zones, create custom logic, and manipulate system parameters.
